How do I return an item?

Shipping & Return Policy: 

All products typically ship the same day of the order, as long as the order is processed by 2:00 pm Central time. Orders processed after 2:00 pm Central time will ship the next business day. Any changes in lead times will be noted directly on the product page at the top of the description. Select your shipping method during checkout.

In order to prevent damage to the pH sensor, all products with pH sensors ship FedEx 2-Day Air during the winter season. Throughout this colder period, if you are returning a product with a pH sensor for refund it must be shipped back to us via UPS 2-Day. If the sensor is returned frozen or damaged, we will not be able to offer a refund on this product.

If you ordered the wrong instrument or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. As long as the items have not been used, there should be no problems processing your return. Special exceptions apply to custom or special order items.

To return your purchase, please visit MyronLMeters.com. Click on Ask An Expert in the bottom left of the website. Fill out the form completely; include your model number, serial number, order number and full contact info, then click submit. You will receive a confirmation email and return authorization number to send the instrument in for repair.

All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. As long as the items have not been used, there should be no problems processing your return.

At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • -within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
  • -must not be a special order or a custom order
  • -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's  particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is no restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
